SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Shipping within Australia

Ceramic products are carefully wrapped and packed for shipping. Postage from $12.00, however larger orders may incur a higher fee depending on size and weight of order (you will be charged a flat rate of $12.00 at checkout and I will email any extra charges once your order has been placed to determine correct postage). Please contact me prior to purchase if you have any special requests for your order such as Express Postage.

Please note that ceramic items are handmade to order and may not be in stock at time of purchase. Please allow up to four weeks for your order to be made and shipped. Please email me or fill out the contact form prior to purchase if you require an order by a certain date, or to discuss availability.  

Unframed works will be shipped flat or rolled in a tube depending on size. Orders of unframed works will be shipped via Australia Post Regular Services for a flat rate of $12.00 within Australia. 

Framed works may be delivered within Melbourne at an agreed date & time where applicable. Due to the varying shipping requirements of framed works, no shipping charges will be incurred at time of purchase. I will contact you to discuss shipping options once an order has been placed. Please email me or fill out the contact form prior to purchase if you wish to discuss shipping options prior to purchase. 


International Shipping

Please email me or fill out the contact form with any international orders and I will get back to you shortly with a shipping quote. Quotes will be for Australia Post International Services, Standard or Express, and will depend on whether the order is under or over 2kg. Alternative options may be provided at request.

Please note that some countries may charge local taxes or duties which will not be included in the price provided. The customer is responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders. Any delays with customs clearance processes are out of my control.

Returns

Each item has been handmade by me in my Melbourne studio. Due to the handmade nature, there may be slight variations in dimensions and colour (where applicable). The printed element on each product is completely unique, therefore no two pieces will be the same and your item/s will be different to the photograph displayed. Variations of items are considered a highlight of the item, and are not considered a fault.

All purchases are final and any returns or refunds are at my discretion.

On the rare occasion that an item is broken or damaged in transit, please email within 48 hours of receiving the order with a description and accompanying images of the damaged item/s in its original packaging. I will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement where possible once I receive the required information. 

No returns or refunds will be provided unless the item is determined as faulty by me or if damaged in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange the return of any items to the studio address in its original condition.

Any information collected is used solely for the purpose of processing and dispatching your order. Personal information may be disclosed if required by law to do so.
